For sale is a large pitch pine Victorian desk which would make a stunning 8ft long side table. The table dates to the later half of the 19th century and would of been used in a university/school environment. The desk has three large drawers all with metal cup handles and three spaces on top where there would of been ink wells. The top has angled front corners and a great patina which has been waxed and left in as found condition. The desk is in very good solid condition with the usual age related wear, at some point the desk has had bun feet added to the legs but this does give the desk a good working height when stood and may of been used as a prep table at some stage but they could be quite easily removed.
