A 1930’s oak desk chair, the chair which plaque states it being on loan from the H.M.O.W. and is 10/212 made. H.M.O.W. stands for His/Her Majesty Office of Works later the Ministry of Works they were based at 3, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, Scotland Before 1911 until 1929 when the office moved to 122 George Street until WW2. Made from solid oak with a slatted seat, the chair boasts exceptional wear giving it a great look and is in very good solid condition.
